I’m not sure why I got Insanity Max: 30 as I barely passed the fit test for regular Insanity!!
The program is a lot of fun, and it’s HARD and it’s a lot of cardio.
I love Shaun T’s communication and ability to make you just hold….on…for…5….more…seconds.

One of the most unique elements of Insanity Max 30 is the fact it includes a “Modifier” option that you can select! What does this do? It actually splits the screen, so you always see the modifier so you don’t have to guess what you should be doing. This is amazing for beginners, and new innovation in the home workout space.
